Privacy Policy

What we collect
- The URL or public repository you submit, so we can run the scan and show you the report.
- The scan result: findings, short evidence snippets (for example a file path and line number, or a redacted key fragment), and the time of the scan.
- Your email address, only if you choose to give it.
- Basic technical data needed to serve a web page: IP address, browser type, and a timestamp. We use it for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
What we do not collect
- We do not keep your source code. Repository scans are read in memory and discarded.
- We do not connect to your database, and we do not run exploitation attempts against your app.
- We do not train models on anything you submit.
Why we process it
To provide the scan and report you asked for, to send you the report link if you gave an email, to prevent abuse of the service, and to keep a minimal record so a report link keeps working.
How long we keep it
Reports and evidence are deleted from our servers 30 days after the scan. Encrypted backups may persist for up to 90 days. Email addresses are kept until you ask us to delete them. Rate-limiting data is kept for a few hours.
Who we share it with
Only service providers needed to run the product — hosting/CDN, payment processing and transactional email. We do not sell data. We may disclose information if legally required.
Cookies
This site works without advertising cookies. If analytics is added, it will be privacy-friendly and disclosed here before it is switched on.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, where applicable, the GDPR, you also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Write to info@trustfield.dev.
Children
The service is for businesses and developers and is not directed at children under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and, where we have your email, we will tell you.
