Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
1. What Trustfield is
Trustfield runs an automated, external review of a web application you submit and produces a report with findings and suggested fixes. It is an informational tool. It is not a penetration test, a security certification, or a guarantee that an application is secure.
2. Only scan what you are allowed to scan
By submitting a target you confirm that you own it or have explicit permission from its owner to have it reviewed. You must not use the service against a third party without authorisation. We may refuse or stop any scan, and we cooperate with valid legal requests.
3. What we do, and what we do not do
We request publicly reachable pages and files, read publicly available source repositories you give us, and generate a report. We do not attempt logins, exploitation, password guessing, or writing data to your systems. We may skip checks that would require access we do not have.
4. No guarantee
A scan is a point-in-time observation. Findings may be incomplete, may change with any deployment, and may include false positives or false negatives. You are responsible for testing any fix before deploying it. Nothing in a report is a warranty of security or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Payment and refunds
Paid reports are one-time purchases. Prices are shown at checkout in your currency. If a paid report is not delivered, or the report link does not open, write to info@trustfield.dev within 7 days and we will re-run it or refund the full amount. If we report a finding that is factually wrong and you show us why, we refund that report. Refunds are not available for reports that were successfully delivered and materially correct, because the information cannot be returned.
6. Acceptable use
- No scanning targets you are not authorised to test.
- No automated scraping of the service, no attempts to bypass rate limits or access other people's reports.
- No uploading material you do not have the right to share.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of anything you submit. You grant us the limited right to process it to produce the report. We do not keep your source code and we do not train models on your content.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or data.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be dated at the top. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Faridabad having jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
